For builders and homeowners after construction is complete and before final photos or move-in.
What we do:
- Fine dust removal on all surfaces, trim, fixtures, cabinets, and inside drawers/shelves
- Hard floor care to remove construction dust and residue
- Glass: scrape labels/overspray, clean interior/exterior where accessible
- Detail vents, registers, and lighting; remove protective coverings
- Final wipe-down on counters, hardware, and visible mechanicals
- Goal: turn a “worked-on” site into a clean, finished space ready to hand over.
